the two gold related stock we mentionned in the past , raised 60 % for real gold and about 25 % for Zhaojin, i guess investors cashed out since  Zhaojin reached a crazy 17,28 HK $ /share and Real Gold 15,50 /share , if you went in with  Real gold when they put new stock at around 9 you realized a 55 % plus value.

Usually in China , Gold fever comes end of the year , we can then forecast a last push for the end of december , that is why it can be good to keep a little part of your share to do a last plus value before new Year.

Then it will be time for Gold Sale !

We will wait the next summer for a good drop and start again gold gambling in 2010.

I would like to notify the awesome progress in term of Gold shares for my prefered company.

While gold reaches some new records , Real gold mining Limited shares did an awesome progress of 8,88 % today !!!the current price is at 11,80.

Meanwhile ,Zhaojin raised for 2,80 % and Zijin for 3,92 %.

It seems no one can stop the gold black horse then .

We can notify banks renewed interest for the Gold assets with :

Britain’s Barclays Bank Plc on Oct. 16, raised its shareholding in Zijin Mining Group Co<601899><2899> to 9.19% from the previous 8.84%.

I have never seen that before in a clothing shop .People were figthing each other to get the last pant or last T-shirt available for a specific look.

Uniqlo is known as “the Gap of Japan” because its mid-market clothes have wide appeal.

UNIQLO Co Ltd, a casual clothing chain operated by Japan’s leading apparel retail group Fast Retailing Co Ltd, has recently formed a strategic partnership with Taobao.com, China’s largest consumer e-commerce company. It was the 24 april 2009.

2009 :+ 24 % benefit increase for the 9 first months  2008-2009, they plan to become the Number 1 “Casual clothes” seller in 2009 with annual sales  1 000 B yens. Tadashi Yanai , the former became the richest man in Japan.

Apparently the shares are on the OTH market Tokyo ..will be fun to track a way to get some ….

Taobao being the big ebay competitor, ebay may even leave China .Taobao has been created by Alibaba .

I wish Uniqlo would have been easier to reach in term of investment . Maybe someone has an idea to get to the OTH  market in a easy way ?

After reading the intelligent investor from Benjamin Graham with notes from Warren Buffet on my iphone  , i decided to buy the book written in my own language … sadly , the comments from Warren Buffet were gone .

Since i am a big fan of this guy that pick stock considering the company quality in term of performance , dividends, management salaries,  i will make a few  lists of all the stocks he owns.

Now traditionnal console games are only 7 % of the income of the game company on traditionnal plateform like DS , PSP , XBOX , PS3 while it is 93 % for the smartphones.

The geek always fall in love with a high quality and cheap Game.

That is why GAMELOFT sold already 6 000 000 games on the Iphone since his lauch only 14 months ago, the explosion coming in term of price and competition for smartphones will allows GAMELOFT to make even more profits for the year 2009.

It is not that hard to understand why people are so excited with those games…it will cost you a few bucks (from 1 to 5) to buy a game on the AppStore while you will have to spend from 30 to 50 if you want a similar game on PSP or Nintendo DS.

For 2009 , GAMELOFT GROWTH is planned to rise for more then 10 % !

I am sure you will like and understand easily the interest of this Company if you are a smart geek !

When i compare it to the Hang Seng Index it doesn’t do really better then the general index.

The dev’s of 3G  is costing a bunch of money to the main 3 operators, it can prolly explain the lack of progress while income rise. The 3G invest is supposed to reach around 170 Bn this year.

On the managing part, it is China  Unicom that seems to have the most suited PDG to run a communication company with Mr Chang that forged a deal with Apple to forge a deal with Apple to bring Iphone to China.

China Unicom had issue with China gov because it was instructed to deploy a CDMA network in addition to GSM network to satisfy the pressure dealt by US over opening China’s market to CDMA technology.(FT source )

I read then the Hang seng index might get weaker next days on a reuters analysis(the 25 september but still give an idea) , it is specified the following statement : Brokers said interest rate-sensitive stocks such as banks and property firms will remain under pressure , so it sounds some opportunities might open to buy some shares to a cheaper price.

I present you briefly the Real Gold Mining Limited.

Real Gold Mining Limited is an investment holding company engaged in the production and sale of gold concentrates. The Company specializes in the mining of gold and the processing of ore into concentrates containing gold and other minerals for subsequent sale.

Real Gold Mining  raised HK$1 billion ($130 million) the 25 september  through a top-up placement, bringing in money to develop a new mine. They offered new shares about 20 % lower then the actual price. The side effect is the diluting of capital in more and more shares but it is used to increase production capacity , not to reimburse some debts due to misleading .

Their management team sounds really appealing in term of management experience and political alliances, i will add their specificity in another post since i don’t have the link under hand a the moment.

The negative thing is their history , it is really short . A company born around 2008 don’t have much feedbacks to help you to have a long term analysis on their performance.

Their team:

He has approximately 16 years of experience in exploration, mining, production, production safety and mining management. In view of Mr. Qiu’s extensive experience, he was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Company in February 2009.

He graduated from Inner Mongolia Finance College (with a Bachelor’s degree in industrial accounting. Between July 1992 and September 1997, he held various financial management positions at Inner Mongolia Linxi Beer Factorymainly responsible for auditing. Between September 1997 and October 2004, Mr Cui held various financial management positions in Finance Bureau of Linxi County and certain financial consultancy companies, mainly responsible for auditing, tax planning, corporate management and providing training to more than a hundred of trainees who graduated from accounting and financial institutions. Between October 2004 and July 2005, Mr Cui worked as the chief financial officer of Beijing LongTech Huanyu Technology Co., Ltd During this period, Mr Cui improved the financial planning and internal control systems for Beijing LongTech Huanyu Technology Co., Ltd. Between July 1988 and October 2004, Mr. Ma held various positions at the Chifeng Honghuagou mines, one of the largest state-owned gold mines in the PRC, including ore processing technician and production scheduling safety offi cer between July 1988 and July 1990, mainly responsible for ore processing and production. Between July 1990 and August 1993, Mr. Ma was employed as a deputy production manager of Chifeng Honghuagou mines, mainly responsible for production technology and safety, and management of equipment. He was employed as the processing manager of Chifeng Honghuagou mines between August 1993 and October 2004, mainly responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation of the ore processing facility. Between November 2004 and July 2007, Mr. Ma worked at Kalaqinqi Nantaizixiang Gold Mine as its chief engineer, mainly responsible for ore processing and management of equipment, scientifi c planning for the Nantaizi Gold Mine as well as developing the mineral resources. Mr. Ma was employed as Nantaizi Mining’s chief engineer until he was appointed a vice president of Chifeng Fuqiao in August 2007 where he is mainly responsible for ore processing, electrical and mechanical engineering, and quality control.(FT source)

I won’t present the whole team , but as we can see their management team has strong experience in the field they are working with  , a better study would be to track out all the history of the different companies they leaded but i won’t push the reseach for now.

It seems the whole team has the same salary and not a overpriced one , around 49000, Warren Buffet mention in one of his book to always watch if the Company Management doesn’t kill the company capital giving themself huge bonus in term of salaries and here it seems quite healthy , at least officially.

It will be done when i see more traffic on this new blog.

Discussing with  a H-K long time trader he told me this company is viewed liked a Black Horse by most traders.

The “Black Horse” term means it is new , not well know in term of pupularity but it is a lot of potential in term of growth.

By the way the price / earning of this company is only at 10, 45 at the moment , the Hang Seng indice dropped 2,73 % at the moment while real gold mining limited  went up for around 4 % while Zijin lost 3 % and Zhaojin 2 %.
